Create staging marketplace instance for integration testing

Purpose: We will use this instance to deploy newest released version for integration testing / QA. Manual deplyment for now is suffcient.

Temporarily we will use the domain: https://marketplace-beta.docker-fid.grid.cyf-kr.edu.pl/

Finally we will move to either: https://beta.catalogue.eosc-portal.eu or https://beta.marketplace.eosc-portal.eu

Configuration:

• Use anonymized MP database
• Use PROVIDERS_DASHBOARD_URL="https://beta.providers.eosc-portal.eu"
• Use https://beta.providers.eosc-portal.eu as Provider Component endpoint for inter-component synchronization - enable CRON synchronization at this instance
• Sentry - use tags / projects to distinguish messages concerning this instance
• Ask @martaswiatkowska for configuration of JMS endpoint
• Ask @goreck888 about configuration of Google Analytics and Matomo for beta instance
• Use production EGI Check-in instance https://aai.eosc-portal.eu/
• Consider using BETA visual tag for this instance (ask @abacz)
