Extension no longer works as a result of twitter domain change. Please fix when possible. #15

Twitter's domain is now officially x.com, and the extension is now broken. Please fix the extension if you can when possible. Elon is an idiot and the x is so ugly. Thank you kindly for making this in the first place, hope it can be fixed.
