Add private/unranked arenas where players (or multiple instances of one players bot) can meet and play. Games can be manually started here.

Implement ranking algorithm for ranked arena

Rankings are currently stored in memory, and will die when server is restarted. They should probably be persisted, either by saving them to elastic or by reading game history on startup and re-calculating rankings.
There is no protection for "fakenicking" (if a snake is offline). A method for a client to reserve a name with a password (that would need to be persisted) could be added.
Maybe there should be an admin-option to disable the ranked/official arena during tournaments or student events. The tournament could be less exciting if the contestants have a solid ranking against each other.
