Added a note regarding the need for JavaFX to the README file. #91

I couldn't build the project on my machine without installing JavaFX first. I decided to share my newly gained knowledge to make the installation of the server less frustrating for others.

Removed JavaFX in default build so these instructions are not needed any more!
