Copy / paste doesn't work from Ulipad to outside apps and vice versa

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Copy text from Ulipad using either Ctrl+C or context menu
2. Paste the text in any other applications using Ctrl-V, context menu or
middle click

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected :

Copied text should be pasted.

Got instead :

Text that was in the clipboard before copiing text in Ulipad is pasted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using UliPad 4.0 on Ubuntu 9.10. Python is 2.6.4, GTK is 2.18.

Please provide any additional information below.

Same goes for copy / paste from outside Ulipad to Ulipad.

Copy / paste works ok for any other apps, including Gedit, a text editor
written in GTK.

In the most situation, it'll work. But I don't know why now, and I can't fix it 
yet.

Yes, I confirm this irritating problem. Sometimes it works, sometimes it 
doesn't.

Ulipad 4.0, Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit
