Exceptions experienced when using E-mail Reporting. #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- See the following exceptions reported by user rhavern on FF.org.

[04/01/2010-20:17:40] ! HFM.Helpers.NetworkOps.SendEmail Threw Exception:
Server does not support secure connections.
[04/01/2010-20:17:40] ! HFM.Forms.frmPreferences.btnTestEmail_Click Threw
Exception: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was
not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS

Version 0.4.8 added the capability to specify SSL connections and Port number. 
Taking no further action on this issue.
