Redo the About Dialog. #167

What enhancement are you proposing?

- Redo the About Dialog.

I hate it... I'd like something with the graphic and a TextBox with a mono
space font where I can put licenses and contributed works.

Maybe links to the licenses for the included projects (Windsor,
protobuf-net, HTMLparser, etc).

What version of the product are you using?

- 0.4.9.146

Auto-magically place the binary (build) date next to the version somewhere.

Marked Fixed for Revision 178.  Didn't include embedded links to the license 
files. 
I think I'll just continue to distribute them separately in the distribution.
