Unhandled Exception when switching clients. #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Unhandled Exception when switching clients.  I cannot repo this issue,
but the attached screenshot shows how and where it happened.

To counter this issue I've added an argument check (which I should have
done to begin with) to the public GetLogLinesForQueueIndex(int QueueIndex)
method, and an applicable catch handler for the error in frmMain, so if
this continues to happen it will at least be logged.  I think this is an
obscure error... but and this should fix the unhandled exception and
provide further info if it continues to happen in the future.
