Allow HFM to control local and remote clients (either through Windows Services or an external deamon program) #175

What enhancement are you proposing?
Would there be any way of making HFM.NET start up a folding client, if
it's information is loaded?

For example, I have saved the client information for my GPU2 client,
saved a configuration file, and have HFM.NET load that config file
whenever it starts up. If the GPU2 client wasn't running at the time, it
possible to add
something to HFM.NET to make it run the folding@home.exe in the
client's folder?

What is the expected output for the proposed enhancement?
If a client's information is saved in HFM, and the client isn't running
when HFM loads, HFM will run the client.

What version of the product are you using?
v0.4.8.121

This issue is targeted to v6 clients. I'm not going to enable this
functionality for v6. However, for v7 the client API already allows this to be
easily done. I'll address v7 with another issue.
