Add the ability to Disable a specific client.

Location: On right click of client - between edit & delete.

Would allow users to temp disable a system while preserving the clients 
settings. 

HFM would skip over any client during reload / web generation.
Just showing disabled in that field instead of running / hung.
All of data fields would remain blank.
