Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

Total & Average numbers do not match.

Taken from my web output on 5/1/2010

Total PPW 667,741.5
Total UPD 27.8 Total
UPW 194.7
Average PPD 11,924.0
Average PPW 83,467.7
Average UPD 3.5
Average UPW 24.3
Completed Units 132
Failed Units 0

You can see that Total UPD & Average UPD are not even close, but totals
remain contact for the last 10 days.

I don't see the problem... based on those numbers it looks like you have 8
active
clients. Can you elaborate?

Average PPD is now where close to Actual PPD.

Total PPD - 95,889.0 PPD (from Oviewview Page)
Average PPD - 13,704.4 PPD (from Overview Page)
My Total PPD has been the same every day. 95,000 PPD, so where does 13,000 come
from?

Total UPD 27.1 (From Overview Page)
Average UPD - 3.9 (From Overview Page)

Again, I am uploading 27 units per day, so where did 3.9 come from?

Does that help?

You're misunderstanding the meaning of Average. Average is based on the number
of
Working Clients (per Working Client)... not any specific duration of time.

13,700 * 7 = 95900

3.9 * 7 = 27.3

Looks to me like there were 7 Working Clients reported when these numbers were
generated. 8 Working Clients per the set of numbers in your original post.

Note that there are rounding issues here as well. I may be able to get the
precision
better, but overall there isn't anything I see here that is incorrect.

Marked as Invalid - I think I've explained how HFM arrives at those numbers.
