What enhancement are you proposing?

- Move the Calculate Bonus Credit and PPD option to a Menu/Hotkey option
that will allow users to change the style quickly.  Put the option in the
View menu (F11 maybe?).

- Have three settings:

Standard
Bonus
BonusDifference

- Will also need to reflect these three values and the value selection in
the XML data to make it available for XSLT transform.

What version of the product are you using?

- v0.5.0.180

Didn't implement the Bonus Difference option... simply made hotkeys:

Alt+P: Cycle PPD/Credit Calculation
Alt+O: Toggle Bonus Calculation
