Determine how many WUs are waiting in the queue to be uploaded. #204

What enhancement are you proposing?

- Determine how many WUs are waiting in the queue to be uploaded.

Somehow the data has to be in the queue.  Otherwise, how would the client
know that is has unsent WUs remaining?  Maybe it does look for results
files in the work folder?

This functionality is provided by the HFM Queue Viewer for both v6 and v7 
clients.
