Built on date with wrong locale

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Opening the About dialog on a non-English Windows (unconfirmed).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected output is "Built on: Friday, May 7, 2010".
- Output is "Built on: sexta-feira, 7 de maio de" (notice the year didn't
fit the available space).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- HFM-NET v0.5.0 - Revision 180 - Beta
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit 6.1.7600 (English w/ Portuguese language pack)

Please provide any additional information below.

This is really the "correct" thing to display.  The data in the users current 
culture.  However, since HFM isn't currently localized it would be better to 
force this to display in en-US culture / English until such a time that the 
application is localized.  Thanks again for the report carlos!
