HFM selectively calculates bonuses (Only 1 Report of this Issue)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have no idea how to reproduce this.  With my Phenom II X4 955 it 
calculated bonuses always, and it did for the first day on my i7, but since 
then it simply refuses to do so

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect HFM to calculate bonuses for all of my SMP2 clients, however, it won't 
calculate bonuses for my i7 client (at the same time that it does calculate 
them for my Core 2 Duo client)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've tried 0.4.10 and 0.5, both on Windows 7 Pro x64

Please provide any additional information below.
