Web Visual Styles preview date and time with wrong locale

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go to Edit > Preferences > Web Visual Styles tab and scroll down the preview.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: "Last updated Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 10:04:05 PM"
Seen: "Last updated domingo, 20 de junho de 2010 at 22:04:05"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- HFM-NET v0.5.0 - Revision 180 - Beta
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit 6.1.7600 (English w/ Portuguese language pack)

Please provide any additional information below.
- Similar to issue 211.
- I didn't test the Web Generation feature.
- Ultra low priority on this one.
