Rename 'Deadline' column to 'Preferred Deadline' and add 'Final Deadline' column

What enhancement are you proposing?
1) According to its content, the column named 'Deadline' should be named 
'Preferred deadline' (or 'Timeout').
2) Add another column named 'Final deadline' (or 'Deadline').
3) If it doesn't already, warn the user when a work unit is estimated to be 
completed after the Final Deadline.

What is the expected output for the proposed enhancement?
- Currently, when the user sees a column named 'Deadline' he/she expects it to 
be related to the 'Final Deadline' column available on the work units webpage 
(http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html) but that column currently doesn't 
exist in HFM.NET. Anyways, both the Deadline and the Preferred Deadline are 
very important for the user, so both should be available on HFM.NET:

- According to http://fahwiki.net/index.php/WorkUnits#WU_Deadlines:
* When a client does not return a completed WU within its Preferred deadline, 
the WU is assumed lost. The WU will be reissued to another client to make sure 
the results will be returned.
* Full credit will be awarded when a WU is returned before the Final deadline. 
If the client were to exceed the Final deadline of a WU, the client will 
discard the partially completed WU and download a new WU. No credit will be 
awarded.

- According to http://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?t=10697:
* For units with early completion bonuses, no bonus points are awarded when a 
work unit is completed after the Preferred deadline.

What version of the product are you using?
- HFM.NET v0.5.0 - Revision 180 - Beta
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit 6.1.7600 (English w/ Portuguese language pack)

Just realized the Benchmark Viewer has 'Preferred Days' and 'Maximum Days' 
fields. I think these fields should have the same name of the main window's 
columns.

I strongly agree. I just got this program and was loving it... until I found 
out there was no column for the preferred deadline
