Right-click to refresh EOC user stats #223

What enhancement are you proposing?
- Right-clicking the EOC stats on the bottom right would open a menu where the 
user could select 'Force Refresh EOC User Stats'.

What is the expected output for the proposed enhancement?
- It's easier, faster, and more intuitive to the user. It's an improvement to 
the usability.

What version of the product are you using?
- HFM-NET v0.5.1 - Revision 198 - Beta
