Some notification when Standard Loops are being used. #237

What enhancement are you proposing?

Would it be feasible to add some sort of notification when this
happens?

[07:56:55] - Ensuring status. Please wait.
[07:57:12] - Looking at optimizations...
[07:57:12] - Working with standard loops on this execution.
[07:57:12] - Previous termination of core was improper.

Clearly running standard loops on CPU/SMP clients makes a huge
difference in TPF, but unless I look at the log, I might miss the fact
for some time.  Having a flag of some sort to identify the problem
would be great. 

What version of the product are you using?

- v0.6.0.249
