Offsite Client data should show as old #238

What enhancement are you proposing?
When an HFM.net has been turned off, the uploaded Clientdata file is still read 
in other HFM.net as active, even though it may be days old.

What is the expected output for the proposed enhancement?
the program should read the file creation date on the ftp server when 
downloading merge-able clientdata files, so that they will eventually show in 
HFM.net as timed out or offline(though the status shown should be different 
from offline (Grey) because they aren't necessarily offline, just not 
communicating results.

What version of the product are you using?
v0.6.0 Beta
