Clients Show Offline after starting up with Auto-Run. #239

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have HFM running, and auto starting on windows login (also starting
minimized to systray) and Folding client running (SMP)
2. restart computer normally
3. bring up HFM, Client data for Local clients (ie computer and LAN) are greyed
as offline, happens almost 100% of the time.
4. Shutdown HFM and reopen, clients progress reported normally

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have multiple HFM clients running on multiple networks uploading
clientdata.dat files to an ftp server, so that I can watch them from my primary
HFM, Everything works Great, however very often the HFM client is reporting a
system as offline, when infact, after logging into it, or getting there in the
morning. it has been folding all night, and just HFM not reporting it.
hoping you can fix this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HFM.NET v0.6.0 Beta

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a problem loading the SQLite library that was added in the last
release. HFM expects that it will be started from the folder that contains the
HFM.exe file. When starting via Auto-Run HFM is started from the
\Windows\System32 working directory.
