WebGeneration dropout when upgrading from 0.5.1 198 to 0.6.1 251 #241

After upgrading HFM.net from 0.5.1 to 0.6.1-251 I experience the following:

>What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A plain run

>What is the expected output?
HTML generated and FTP'ed to specified URL

>What do you see instead?
No HTML seem to be generated/sent

>What version of the product are you using?
0.6.1-251

>On what operating system?
XP 64bit 

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you send me your HFM.log file?  If something goes wrong with web generation 
there will be a message written to the log file.  This is likely not a true 
defect but an FTP communication error.
