What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening HFM.net from shortcut or executable through explorer
2.Opening HFM.net from command prompt
3.Uninstall and reinstall of client and still won't launch
4.Launched through command prompt with /r switch as error message suggested and
although it seemed to clear, relaunching HFM will not launch
What is the expected output? Program launches
What do you see instead? The following error

Please provide any additional information below.
I had also just installed the GPU client for folding @ home as well as
reconfiguring the smh client to utilise all CPUs
