Mobile friendly (voting) #40

A friend told me, that on his mobile:

  1. it is a game of luck to hit the right button (+1 vs -1) for IRI up- and down-voting, which I think is a fair point
  2. it was unclear to him, that those could be clicked upon at all (not limited to mobile)
  3. he would like to know the once per day voting limitation before voting, vs being informed about it only afterwards (not limited to mobile)
