SPARQL endpoint description terms/voc

The group ack the need for such terms but decides to wait and see what the
SPARQL WG does. There are some existing proposals such as [1] and we have
compiled some use cases which will be given to the SPARQL WG as an input.
We will liaise with the WG on this issue.

Here's some strawman code from an informal email exchange with Gregory 
Williams. We were discussing how 
to describe the SPARQL dataset, consisting of a default graph and named graphs.

[] a sd:Service ;
    sd:dataset [
        sd:defaultGraph [
            sd:datasetDescription <uri of voiD data>
        ] ;
        sd:namedGraph [
            sd:graphName <uri of named graph>
            sd:datasetDescription <uri of voiD data>
        ]
    ] .

Gregory mentioned that the potential confusion between SPARQL datasets and voiD 
datasets (which are 
different things) is an issue.

He also mentioned possible opposition from the working group towards mentioning 
voiD, because the WG 
doesn't want to choose sides. He mentioned that it *might* help if voiD had 
some official standing within the 
W3C (I mentioned the option of making it a member submission or IG note).
