Clarify that void:dataDump is NOT for download pages #73

We see voiD files in the wild where void:dataDump links to an HTML page that in 
turn links to the actual dump files. That's not a good use of void:dataDump 
because it's not machine-processable. This should be really explicit in the 
Guide. If someone wants to provide a link to a download HTML page, foaf:page 
should be used.
