Update the voiD vocab to reflect all new and changed terms

The vocabulary should give a human readable definition of void:feature.

If i know that <dbpedia> void:feature w3c:RDFXML, what operations can I then 
reasonably assume will work with that dataset?

This shouldn't be blocked on 74 because 74 doesn't imply any changes to the 
vocabulary terms.

Update: we're still having tiny hiccups w/ Neologism, propose to remove the 
block on 85 as it is not really blocking it and I want to submit the guide ASAP.

Who owns the void namespace? Can we just deploy a simple RDFS schema on that 
namespace instead?

I'm against that. That's a non-option to me (assuming you mean rdfs.org). Will 
try to get Guido to fix that ASAP - but as I said, let's decouple it from 85, 
can we?

I meant that I just saw that you released the guide without the vocabulary 
being updated. Just tried neologism and it's still not working.

There are some minor typos in the updated vocabulary: http://vocab.deri.ie/:

1/ void:class, the domain should be void:Dataset
2/ void:classes: the domain should be void:Dataset and range should be 
xsd:integer
3/ void:classPartition, void:distinctObjects, void:distinctSubjects, 
void:documents, void:entities, void:inDataset, 
void:openSearchDescription,void:properties, void:property, 
void:propertyPartition, void:rootResource, void:triples, void:uriSpace undefined
4/ void:statItem not removed

Who has the lock on this?

Update all the above identified issues.

But the interface doesn't allow me to define the super-property of 
void:inDataset. It neither allows me to define deprecated property. So I just 
deleted void:statItem instead of marking it as deprecated.
