Move the Example Queries section to the wiki

The Guide currently contains a section 5.4 that lists example queries for 
selecting datasets from a collection of voiD descriptions based on certain 
criteria.

I'm not sure whether this should be in the Guide. We might want to add more 
real-world examples to that section after submitting the Guide to SWIG, and 
this will be really hard if the Guide is published as a W3C Note.

Also, the section is sort of redundant in the Guide because anyone who reads 
the rest of the Guide and knows SPARQL will be able to derive that sort of 
query themselves.

So I propose to move this section into the Google Code wiki.

Oops, I already deleted the section in the restructuring for Issue 83. Sorry 
about that. The HTML source of the section is attached so that you can put it 
into the wiki.
