Couple of things that come to mind:
+ once guide is stable, we will put it in the W3C space [1]
+ one should take an ACTION to slap the W3C ED style on the guide [2]
+ we need to send the draft to semantic-web@w3 and ask for feedback; 3 weeks
time should be sufficient (01/2011 if we issue it in 12/2010)
+ feedback is handled via our Issue tracker, here; we reserve the right to
postpone issues that might be hard to address to a later MS (3++)
+ once feedback is addressed, we request publication in the TR space

Other things that need sorting out:
- What happens to the old URL of the Guide? Redirect? Leave?
- The old Guide still needs to be available somewhere so we can link to it from
the new Guide when referencing the old stats module and the old autodiscovery
scheme
