Typesetting of “notes” paragraphs

The VoID document contains several “notes”, usually indicated via a 
paragraph set in italics that starts with “Note: …”.

These notes typically describe some practical usage aspect, such as a typical 
deployment problem or something that's easy to miss if one doesn't pay 
attention.

I propose to highlight these notes paragraphs even stronger, using something 
like a colored border. Not bright red, but clearly commanding more attention 
from the reader as they do now.
