Game Crash when opening Skill Terr (Controller Only) #16

Hello,

love the mod BTW it is great! I noticed on PC it works fine with a mouse and keyboard.. it also works fine with a controller (which I use most of the time)

the only issue is when I am on controller and open the inventory and then tab over to the skill tree it instantly crashes the game.. This doesn't crash the game on mouse and keyboard since the menu looks different (I can switch to mouse and keyboard and press t as per normal)

it is consistent every time I tab to the skill tree game crashes with controller tho and since I primarily play on controller (and am pretty used to tabbing into my skill tree when I level up) this will be annoying.. if its possible there is a fix I would really appreciate it! otherwise Ill try to get used to using the keyboard for my skill ups.

Note: I have had issues with game crashing during certain events that cause a lot of CPU load (such as spawning ancients or when going into certain areas without turning on legacy graphics) so its possible its a issue with my PC being slightly near the bottom end of the games spec requirements.

I was having the same issue. I went into the mod folders and tried taking skills.txt out of the mod (it’s in data/global/excel) and that fixed the crashing for me. I can’t cast the skills in town but I’m not particularly attached to being able to do that.
