Inconsistent headers in mode-split css #102

Great Kneighton seems to be the outlier with percent_walk_base, whereas most other files have pcycle_base.

Overall, the mode-split CSV files are quite a mixed bag, both in terms of missing/additional keys, and inconsistent naming.

Sharpening this up will allow us to start finalising the metrics we show (actdev/#19).

I've recreated all of these files so they should be up to date and consistent.
