All sites missing cycle and walk go active total percentages

The all-sites geojson is missing the corresponding goactive percentages for percent_commute_walk_base and percent_commute_cycle_base.

At the moment the only transport mode that are described both in current and goactive scenarios is percent_commute_drive_base.

As these are headline stats, could these be added in as a matter of priority?

Agreed, sounds like an important headline stat and I thought they were already in there.

I thought we would use percent_commute_active_scenario as a headline stat instead.

I can add in these figures with a small calculation.

I've created percent_commute_walk_scenario and percent_commute_cycle_scenario.

There are some places where walking is lower in the scenario than the baseline - these are rural sites with no nearby destinations.
