Distance to town centre #120

This should probably be the route distance using the fast cycle route, instead of the Euclidean distance which it currently is. I would use walking route distance, but that's not calculated for routes longer than 6km.

Good point, and will make the results more consistent. Can you specify which file contains the wrong info? More detailed + specific + actionable issues = better outcomes and easier to track. If you're up for taking a look at this please assign yourself @joeytalbot. Linked with https://github.com/cyipt/actdev-ui/issues/38 - which I think is a data not UI issue.

Done - with a small change in site-metrics.R.

But this made me notice a bigger problem with the disaggregation code that I will put in a new issue.
