Text colours for headline stats on website #136

I will alter the script to give threshold values which you can use to set the red/amber/green colours for both the baseline and Go Active scenario mode share percentages.

These can be set so the anything below the current median active travel mode share is shown as red and anything above the 75th quantile for active travel (or below the 25th quantile for driving) is green.

Do you have figures for those percentiles for different modes (active, walk, cycle, drive which should be the inverse I think)?
