Finish or remove unfinished sections in the report

Currently it has lots of unfinished sentences which does not look good.

Are you happy to work on this @joeytalbot ?

I'm just finishing the third point on #138 but that should not affect any other parts of the report.

Yes I'm happy to work on it.

But I also need to:

• upload photos of other sites such as Poundbury
• think about which sites we can use to best tell a clear story
• plan some sort of presentation for the second part of the workshop
• do any other data fixes eg clockboard data dictionary and town centre location issue

So I might not be able to finish the whole report before the workshop.

Makes sense. I suggest commenting out unfinished bits of the report for now. You can do this by adding:
