In all-sites.geojson there is now no increase in cycling from the Baseline to the Go Active scenario, and it stays at 2% - the lowest of all the sites. In a previous version of the results, LCID had one of the highest proportional cycling uptakes in Go Active. I think there is an error here - if you look at the fast cycle route network and the quiet cycle route network, they seem to use totally different study areas.
