Explore and describe data for first case study

This is a summary issue that contains elements of #13, #10 and #21 to track and discuss progress towards showing each dataset relevant to planning, to provide a foundation for recommendations:

Here are figures showing a very simple index of accessibility for public transport/walking, cycle and car travel.

I've just added together the 'travel time in minutes to the nearest X' journey time statistics relating to town centres, food stores, primary schools, secondary schools and GPs, plus the weighted access to employment measure as suggested by @Robinlovelace .

The locations of four residential development sites that can be used as case studies are also shown on here - these are some of the approved planning applications with the largest numbers of new homes taken from the list of Leeds applications sent to me by @aspeakman .
