BCR vs CBR - rename database field #44

In CyIPT we have been using cost-benefit ratio and benefit-cost ratio interchangeably, which is probably my fault.

Technically we are using Benefit-Cost Ratios as a high value means more benefits than cost. If people see any cases of the phrase Cost-Benefit Ratio please correct.

Done; NB there is a database field called costBenRatio which needs to be renamed; see:

@mvl22 Yes I expect that is where the trouble started, I'm not going to change before Friday, to avoid breaking things.
