update to SE 2.10.01 #20

I have forked and updated my fork to SE 2.10.01 The two new functions I added have not been tested on the php side, as I am not a php programmer.

@aloistr I see you merged this already. Has it been tested in PHP? Your original comment indicated the work hadn't been tested yet, but I see a "fixed bugs" commit. So I assume that came after some testing.
