This is working for me, but I haven't tested extensively yet. I am getting some different results running swe_nod_aps_ut() vs. what swetest provides, but I may not be comparing apples-to-apples. I'm still getting used to this API.

Closing because I've found other bugs and am in the midst of troubleshooting.
