Multiple instances of keynote-nf #223

Currently when trying to open second instance of keynote a dialog appears
warning that it is a second instance and, on pressing ok, it maximizes the
first instance.

This makes it difficult to work with a keyboard shortcuts (software or
hardware).

A better approach would be to simply restore the running instance of
keynote-nf AND focus it without showing a dialog first.

If required the status bar (bottom of the screen) can show a warning for a
few seconds to the affect that the running instance was restored.

Thanks for continuing to build this fantastic piece of software. I've
been using it for years and nothing else comes close!

I have a similar experience but with a twist. I discovered that if I highlight
text
in the note pane and press the escape key Keynote vanishes! The program window
disappears and it's icon is gone from the taskbar (running Vista). If I try to
start
the program from the start|programs menu I get the warning about opening a
second
instance, if I click cancel the original program window and its tab both
reappear.

I'm trying to decide if this is a "feature" or something that needs to be
looked at.
