keynote macro system improved #412

I would like to see the keynote macro system improved.  Right now it is rather 
clunky and limited.  It should also have the ability to do external RUN 
commands.  I noted in another thread that it would be nice to be able to create 
buttons for these macros too.  A "macro editor" would be nice too!

I would like to be able to use a macro to copy text to the clipboard, then run 
an external application (which would manipulate the text on the clipboard) and 
then replace the selected text with the new clipboard text.  -- The only thing 
missing from the macro set is being able to launch that external command.
