The exported RTF file don't maintain the hierarchical format. All nodes, levels 
1, 2 ,3 appear as simple subtitle. 
Shall be as follow:
1. Title
1.1 Node 2nd level 
1.1.1 node 3th level

OR indented text:

Title
   Node 2nd level 
       Node 3th level

The exported RTF document is confused. Can you fix it, please?

Are you referring to the optional headings that are available in tab options, 
in Export form?
Actually you can use several tokens, as %F or %L (for example). Perhaps it 
could be added a new token that represents a number of  spaces proportional to 
the indentation level.
