Minor improvements in Style combo box #436

- When showing style samples the icon that distinguish between the different 
types (font, paragraph, ...) is also shown
- It is now possible to use Unicode to name the styles

(First, remember that to show style samples, it is necessary to set to 1 the 
option "StyleShowSamples", present in .INI file)

I have just released a new version of KeyNote NF: 1.7.9 Beta 4
