Option to hide line numbers in Find #497

Some of my nodes end with a number, so when I search for text in the resource 
panel the line number in the search results makes it harder to read the node 
names. Please either (1) remove the line numbers from the search results 
(people can always go directly to that line by double-clicking on the result) 
or (2) put the line numbers in parentheses. Better yet, you can implement #2 
along with an option to hide the line numbers.
