users sometime forget to return a bicycle using system, i.e. they return it physically to a stand, but then forget to confirm by using SMS, web or QR code.

send notification to user after preset time reminding to return bicycle.

In-app notif after 3 hours in WB case ?

When charging happens after 3:00 hours, we should remind user 10-15 minutes before it happens with text like "In 10 minutes you will be charged for extending your rent. Did you forget to return your bike?"
