PayPal / creditcard integration #123

A simple PayPal integration could be made using pulleyapp.com and bigcartel.com. This requires manually uploading the coupons codes as text files. A more integrated solution is preferred in the long term.

I build a simple integration using Mollie.com. They support PayPal, credit cards, Bitcoin, and mayor European payments services (Ideal, Sofort, etc.). Sourcecode can be provided on request.
