Hi Pascal,

Pat asked me to look to see if there was a cms tag to allow here to manipulate blog tags. I couldn't find one so I created 4dfd0f76. Can you pull this in and let me know what I need to do to make this available for pat's work on role reboot. Thank you Pascal.
