standardize resource naming; fix ase location

A wide array of changes in this PR:

• Standardize resource naming - closes #16
• Standardize parameter passing between modules - closes #23
• Fixed #28 - removed aseLocation and use location throughout

Note that this introduces some breaking changes and you may need to update your localparam.json file
